Red pepper powder
Red bell pepper powder are made from dehydrated red bell peppers and ground into powder that can be used just as paprika spice powder. Red bell pepper is a great supply for vitamin A and C. In particular, vitamin C content is 7 times that of orange. For its brilliant color, red bell pepper powder also acts as a natural food coloring. The color comes from the bright red carotenoidpigment and does not shy away from heat.
